everything was solved, the problem was on their side, they just did not send me coins. Now when exchanging, I hide the message (delete) because the coins go to my nanowallet ios

actually its little mistake but all i did is forgot to put message number and its stuck in exchange only i haved TXID and everything and my eobot wallet address.

@Elephants820 please contact with Pooloniex support, provide them transaction hash and they should credit your transaction manually. Probably they will ask for some proof that this is your address. For example next 0 XEM transaction with correct message.
