I am in my NEM Wallet trying to send my XEM to Binance I have put the XEM Deposit Address and when I put the amount its stay in my NEM wallet and they just discount the fee of the transaction and my funds stays on the wallet, Is there a minimum amount to move from NEM Wallet?
Could you provide screenshot from sending view but don’t send? Just show me screen with filled form.

There is space in amount? It’s 1 170 or 1170? Maybe try remove this space (if it is there). Be side that it looks ok.
If it will not help try split to two transactions below 1000. Maybe thausend separator is problem and there is bug in wallet …
in the app is 1 170 I have tried all the different ways, and they charge me only the fee and I can complete the transaction!
Did you tried to split on two transactions below 1000? Like 800 and 300

I sent XEMs with a message given by the exchange site. However, the recipient shown at blockchain is the same as the one that appears at the top screen on my mobile NEM wallet (but it’s not my wallet address).

In your case it’s possible. You have sent to Binance withdraw address instead deposit address. Please contact with Binance support with all data you provided above and they should fixed that for small operation fee.
I transfered NEM from Binance to Cryptopia and wrote wrong message, can I get back my NEMs? But address was written correctly
