I transfered NEM from Binance to cryptopia and wrote wrong message, money wasn’t deposited to Cryptopia wallet, and after cryptopia was hacked ) Is there any chance to get back my money???
Hello @Arm please contact with Cryptopia support and provide transaction hash. They should be able credit manually.

You did mistake because you included encryped message. Message to exchange should be unencrypted.
What you can do now is contact with Binance support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your account.

Only Indodax can credit this funds manually because as you told they are already on Indodax wallet.
They probably will ask some proofs that’s is your transaction. Because was done directly from Bittrex then some screenshots from Bittrex may be required.

If you have sent to exchange with wrong message please contact with they support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your account.
Coins are now on they account but because message is wrong they were unable to process automatically (each user has unique message)

Did you read deposit instructions on Binance?
There is warning that you should include specific message code to transaction. Without it it will be not credit.

Contains message ‘Jazda’ which is for sure not code copied from Binance (it contains only digits).
What you can do now is contact with Binance support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your account.
Because you have sent directly from other exchange Binance support for sure will ask for some proof like screenshots from Bittrex.

Binance should credit manually in such situation. Your is a little bit more complicated because you’ve sent from other exchange but I think they will handle this. Please contact with Binance supported (as I mentioned above).
