If you are activating a remote account, remittance from Poloniex will result in an error.
If the remote account is deactived, it may have been transferred to the Remote account.

If remittance is made to the remote account, please create a new “Privete key wallet” using the remote account secret key.

Please remit all funds from the newly created wallet to the original account.
After remittance, please make sure the balance becomes zero XEM.
This is a necessary requirement for you to activate a remote account in the future.

The Remote account is required when SuperNode is operated and harvesting is performed.
If you do not plan to do these things, you do not need to activate the remote account.

However, by activating the remote account, remittance to the Remote account will be impossible, so there is no problem even if it is Active in that sense.

The conditions under which the Remote account can be activated are as follows.

The Remote account must satisfy all of the conditions below.
· Do not possess XEM.
· Do not possess Mosaic.
· Do not have Namespace.
· The account is not a signer of the multi-sig account.

i send nem from my wallet to my bittrex acount.i put in the addres but didnt put in the message…it send but it is not credited into my bittrex…how do i get it back or creditted?

In this case, you will contact the support of Bittrex with the hash value of the remittance transaction and the message to be written originally, and will be reflected in the balance on Bittrex side.

Transactions once executed and approved can not be canceled.

I have contacted Changelly and they asked me to send them the hash of the transaction. They said that this is the only was to get the money back…

how can I retrieve the hash from the iOS app?

iOS wallet application can not check transaction hash.
From the browser, go to http://chain.nem.ninja/.
Enter the address of your wallet and search and find the transaction addressed to Changelly.
Then check the displayed hash.

If you do not know how to confirm, please tell me your wallet address.
