Only with transaction id we can tell something about this transaction. Id should be visible in your litebit account. If it’s not visible you must ask they support.
@Hadi_Hojatpanah sorry I miss that you already have written about this that it’s from Cryptopia. Cryptopia has some issues because they withdraws are not visible in blockexplorer (it also applies to other coins). Please contact with their support.

I don’t think it’s possible to sent tokens without address. You must put it.
You did transaction from changelly too bittrex yes?
If yes in your changelly transaction history should be transaction hash. Looks similar like this 46a7302503fa09c3cabc74070ad60c933c2350bb6e7b842ceca353ef14cfd0a1. If you can’t locate it iin changelly history you must ask they support.

So if an order is cancelled by litebit, they send your xem back to your refund adress. But i put the refund adress were i got my xem from.ND2JRPQIWXHKAA26INVGA7SREEUMX5QAI6VU7HNR.

Are you keep your tokens on exchange? ND2JRPQIWXHKAA26INVGA7SREEUMX5QAI6VU7HNR is not your address, it’s bittrex address.
If you want your tokens back you must contact with bittrex support and ask for refund this two transactions:
