I bought 502 coins for $ 500 at CRYPTOPYA exchange and transfer to my Andriod NEM wallet.
Even pay 20 Coin as a fee and suppose to get 482 coins in my wallet.
Its six hours and nothing arrived.

what a scam coins wallet, when I try to find out a solution , I saw many people with similar experience.
This first time I buy NEM and regretting, never had such issue with any other COIN.

Can you look into it ASAP and credit my wallet with the coin or return it back to my exchange account.

NEM is spoiling my Christmas, as instead of doing Christmas prep, all I did is researching my lost coin whole evening.

First of all don’t call something scam if you are problem with exchange. It’s not related with XEM that Cryptopia can’t do transaction.

Probably cryptopia don’t do any transaction.
Is visible transaction hash in withdraw history on cryptopia?

It’s showing complete on their end.
I never had the problem with 20 other coins/ wallet. everything went well., but the first time I bought XEM and they are missing.
many other people have the same problem, but you guys blaming exchange.
Can you find out why those coin are not showing in my wallet

In last hour I get same report about problem from my friend.
In my opinion it’s cryptopia problem and you should contact with they support.
Could you copy paste here transaction hash from Cryptopia?

You must contact with Cryptopia support and ask for explanation. Coins don’t leave cryptopia wallet.

Looks like they still don’t send xem to your address. Last days Changelly has some delays.

As far as I know (that’s was 2-3 days ago) Changelly sensa information that support response time is 72 hours.

Yes. Changelly has technical issues last days/weeks but it applys not only to XEM (https://twitter.com/Changelly_team).

I made a transaction between NEM wallet + and changelly, unfortunately:
-my 630 nem on my wallet have disappeared
-changelly didint receive my nem

what can i do ?

Hello @pcmac this is very good place to report this issue.
As I can see you probably use encrypted message and that’s why you transaction is not process by Changelly automatically.
Could you please give me your NEM address? I search for transaction hash and tell you what you should write to Changelly support. Your address can be found in mobile wallet by clicking QR on bottom of screen from which you paste this print screen.

I contacted changelly and they say they never received any XEM from me. My wallet shows that I only have .855427 XEM in it. I had 1435.

That is a lot of money. Have I lost it forever?
