Because you put wrong message (“yesss”) instead of unique message code you must contact with Cryptopia exchange and ask for refund your tokens.

Executing my first transaction in Nano Wallet 2.0.14, I have sent 10 XEM / NEM from Bittrex to my Nano Wallet. Bittrex says the transaction is complete. It was completed in about 1 minute. However, after over 30 - 45 minutes, they have never arrived in my Nano Wallet. Even though the chain.nem.ninja block explorer indicated I had a balance of 10 at my new Nano Wallet address.

I would have expected, given my experience with other wallets, to at least see it show up on the “Dashboard” on the “Unconfirmed” tab, but nothing …

It looks ok. Please check in your NanoWallet if your node circle in top right corner is green.
Even if it’s green please try change node (click this circle and select another one) because node you are using could be not up to date.

Yes, thank you. I had read elsewhere to watch out for the node circle being red. It was not red, so I assumed all was well. When I clicked on it, though, I changed to a different node and then the transaction was visible in my wallet.

Being new to Nano Wallet, it is interesting to me how hard it is to see what color this node circle is. If observed very closely, I guess it is green, but it appears almost black. Again, it certainly was not red. Any chance to put in an enhancement request to make this node circle’s color more clear?

Anyway, now I know for next time.

I’m not sure if it was changed in 2.0… but in 1.4… if node was not up-to-date it’s still was green circle (not red).

I have not received my NEM from changelly yet. I Sent LTC from coinbase then to Changelly that was suppose to end up in my nano wallet. Here is the link/ photo of what’s going on. :pray:Please if anyone could help me.

This is litecoin transaction what you attached. Do you have from Changelly some transaction hash in NEM network? If nit you must contact with changelly support and ask for XEM transaction hash.
