У меня там получаеца очень много таких хэшей щас скину скрин и все за сегодняшнее число, хотя транзакция была одна!

Вы не можете найти транзакцию в этом почему. В большинстве обменов используется только один кошелек для XEM. Вот почему вы можете видеть много транзакций. Вы должны спросить eobot для хэша транзакции, если вы не видите его в истории отзыва.

You can’t find transaction in this why. Most exchanges use only one wallet address for XEM. That’s why you can see a lot transactions. You must ask eobot for transaction hash if you can’t see it in withdraw history.

Если транзакция уже выполнена, вы не можете ее отменить. Пожалуйста, запросите eobot для хэша транзакции. Если у нас есть это, мы можем проверить, почему Cryptopia не обрабатывает его автоматически и запрашивает возврат.

If transaction is already done be eobot you can’t cancel it. Please ask eobot for transaction hash. If we have it we could check why Cryptopia doesn’t process it automatically and ask for refund.

Hi, i have just transferred some XEM from Cryptopia to my Nano Wallet almost 30 minutes ago, the transaction in www.cryptopia.co.nz complete, but i didnt get coins on my wallet. Can u explain the reason before i send much more coins plz.

It could be not found in explorer http://explorer.ournem.com

That’s probably mean transaction still is not done. If you waiting already over couple hours you must try contact with yobit exchange and ask for explanation.
