You must contact with bittrex support. I don’t know how quick they answers. Not in couple days I guess because many people waiting over 2 week for answer.

As I remember I don’t remember situation when Yobit refuses return tokens. More complaints about long waiting for answer.
About 3 days ago I exchanged Ethereum to Nem from changelly, unfortunately the process is stuck in he “send to wallet” phase. I contacted changelly with no reply. I am wondering if there is something I’m failing to do with my wallet. I have already sent a previous transaction through the same way without any problems, but this one seems to be taking alarmingly long to process. Pls help.

I don’t think if it’s problem on your site. Changelly has some technical issues (not only with XEM).

Regarding my issu (post #1332), i have to wait for changelly answer ? (I send them the two links and explained that I ticked the enc box). If they didn t receive my nem, why have they dissappeared from my wallet ?

@pcmac They receive your xem but because you attach encrypted message they was unable automatically process your transaction.
You must wait for changelly answer. They do refund or they will continue changelly conversion manually.

Is from Changelly to Changelly address.
Did you put in form wrong recipient address in form (changelly instead of your personal wallet address)?
You must contact with Changelly support and ask for send this funds to your correct address.
Your address in nanowallet can be found when you click “Account” button in top right corner.

а как долго доходит транзакция, как определить должны были уже дойти или нет, у других монет есть количество подтверждений, а как обстоит дело с xem?
Большинство транзакций подтверждается в первом блоке, что означает, что транзакция выполняется менее чем за минуту. Каждый блок генерируется в 60 секунд, и это означает, что вы получили подтверждение от 11 × 60. Наверняка это проблема с обработкой транзакций Cryptopia.
Most transactions are confirmed in first block which means transaction is done in less than minute. Each block is generated in 60sec and that’s mean from time you have sent it you have 11×60 confirmations. For sure this is problem with Cryptopia transaction processing.
