thanks , I had tried resend my tickets to them .unfortunately , they still still not showing any response since 8 days ago … what is wrong with yobit?are they scamming our xem ?

@CryptoBeliever i has been read in reddit about poloniex, are many people have trouble about deposite and withdraw… and i have problemb with deposite XEM/NEM… maybe thats can be infomartion for you friend

I sugges not doing deposits to Poloniex before they don’t fix deposits processing. I hope it will be fixed tomorrow but no official statement from Poloniex and also we have Christmas time so that could be longer.

There is a lot complains about Yobit support. There is also fake facebook profile which scam tokens from people pretend to help they solve yobit tickets. Probably this scamming facebook was never reported by Yobit to Facebook because it exists very long already.
Anyway I hope official Yobit support will answer eventually…

i hope it can be asap from polo bro… i had waiting 12 hours my xem, and other people have problemb same with deposite xem/nem at this moment…

I jut got the update that bitcoin.co.id currently fixing this issue. My withdrawal status now back to pending.

I know this is not possible but is there anyway I can revert this transaction? Unfortunately, poloniex is the worst and do not answer support tickets.

You must contact with Poloniex support, provide your transaction hash (link I post above will be enough) and message code which you forget add. They should process transaction manually.

Unfortunately transaction was made in blockchain and it could be not reverted. Only Poloniex can return your tokens now.

Hi.I send 2 days ago 586 XEM from Spectrocoin.com to Bittrex.com , with correct address and message(everything is ok with transaction because i checked on http://explorer.ournem.com ) but funds never come to XEM wallet on Bittrex.I am Enhanced User on Bittrex but i don’t know how to contact them on Slack . Thanks

If your transaction looks ok in explorer you must create a ticket to Bittrex and provide transaction hash.

With Spectrocoin withdraws which are sent directly to other exchange is something strange because they are not process by recipient exchange (of course message and address are OK). Last week I report this to Spectrocoin and I get an assurance that it will be investigated by Spectrocin IT.
Before solving this issue I suggest not send directly from Spectrocoin to other exchange any coins! First, send to nanowallet and next to exchange (if you want to sell).

Check your transaction in explorer explorer.ournem.com. If it’s visible you must contact with with Bittrex support, provide information that you forget attach message code and attach transaction hash.

It doesn’t matter from which explorer link you provide. Both shows the same transaction. Because transaction is visible in blockchain you must contact with Bittrex.
