Exchange Support. Lost XEM at an exchange? Post here! [MOVED]

surely it can’t be all exchanges fault, as a lot of people having the same problem. may be it has to do with NEM network. I remember when I had Cardano in my Binance and I could not withdraw for over a week. reason the cardano netword had a problem, and Charles Hoskinsson mentioned it in you tube video, that they worked together with Binance to solve the problem, and effectively they did sort the problem out and I was able to withdraw my ADA coins.
Now it looks to me that there is a similar problem between NEM network , and exchanges wallet that needs to be in sync. So NEM should intervene and work with the relevant exchanges, to fix this occurring issue
We are all investors in NEM currency, and some of us hold a lot of money in XEM currency. NEM should give us the support we need. otherwise we all start Dumping our XEM coins, and surely that’s not good for XEM currency. I dunno man I dunno who to turn for Help. surely we can’t be left in Limbo here.
Or am I wrong?

I am hoping someone can help me with this. I have not received my NEM withdrawal from the Cryptopia Exchange which was done on Jan 12th, and the transaction ID cannot be found. Please, what happened to my NEM?

we are on the same boat, same here. my coins didn’t turn up its been 3 days now.
same scenario as yours I withdraw from Cryptopia too. I dunno whether is the exchange wallet not in sync with the NEM Blockchain , some thing wrong a lot of people have the same issues with different exchanges too.
we need to make a lot of noise everywhere to be heard, and get this problem taken care of. especially from the exchanges side .

Absolutely, every real-world Fiat bank would pick up a phone and call someone at Bittrex to solve the problem. But they haven’t got a number, because they are just a scam garage coded piece of crap. That’s why they have to talk to the support themselves. Obviously, not too much fun. A very good reason to let support Charles tell me it’s my job to talk to the people Bittrex.

Tens of thousands of people forget their messages all day long. So, they solve hundreds of problems each day. Obviously, I still haven’t forgotten anything, but we are still in the same queue.

But since Spectrocoin, and that’s the bottom-line, didn’t give me the opportunity to choose which way of transacting I want to choose they are the ones who choose something that’s NOT industry standard so to speak.

Transactions are correctly made in NEM network. There is no technical issue in network. All problems I have met was related with issue on exchange end or user error (missing message required by exchange and so on).

Cryptopia has constant issue with they wallet sync. You must contact with Cryptopia support in your case. Yesterday I also have found bug in they deposit processing (already reported).

Well I have different fillings about spectrocoin.com. They have working support, I get direct contact to developer and I can explain and speak directly. But of course you can blame spectrocoin.com for not testing withdraw to bittrex.

Sorry, but you were the one who said that sending from Spectrocoin to several exchanges doesn’t work. So, blaming this joke institute here sounds like a decent reaction. At least without your funky slave-mentality…

Also, they didn’t lose your money. Looks like that’s making a difference. And they really don’t give a shit for my feelings…

Nothing from HitBTC, still no XEM. This is not looking too good.
