For sure you should attach transaction hash or link:

And ask why it’s not processed and when it will be. If they again tell you that they fixing something ask what they fixing and if all deposits don’t work or only yours.

I transferred some xem from my Yobit account to my Huobi account. but it isn’t showing up. It’s been about 1 hour and still not there.

the NEM team has to do something about these exchanges doing whatever they want with XEM.
Ive lost a lot of money because of these fraudulent hashless holds across 4 different exchanges. Waiting for weeks for the XEM to be returned, then selling low cuz its always dropping so i can buy from another change since Changelly keeps dropping XEM support.
I love NEM but i gotta be honest i took massive losses on my journey to get over 10k NEM and be a vested part of the community. I will say this again changelly is the ONLY place that will send u large amounts of XEM without the waiting a month from support nonsense these exchanges are doing. YoBit, Cryptopia and HitBTC are the worst among them.
I do believe this is why we are taking more losses than most other currencies.

Agree that exchanges are big problem. XEM need stable exchanges.

Hey, so I sent some XEM from one exchange to another(poloniex). I made a stupid mistake by sending it to the message instead of the actual deposit address. Now, from where I sent the XEM, it says the deposit was completed. Is there any way I could recoup the XEM. How could the deposit be completed if there was no actual address to be deposited into?
Bittrex opened deposits and withdraws !!

It took a while but all the Xem are back 
I got a full refund.
Again, i can’t thank you enough for your help. Couldn’t have done this without it.
