@Alexandr message is not required to transfer coins to personal wallet. It’s only needed when you sending to exchange.

Because you have personal wallet no message is required and Changelly should have no problems. Please ask them for XEM transaction hash/id. In my opinion they didn’t send transaction.

Just opened my NEM wallet yesterday. Wanted to Make a purchase from LiteBit.eu. Here you are required to use your public key to place order. I placed my NEM address but this didnt work. My question is what is the big on releasing the public keys for the 1st Transaction?

I will need a stressless solution to close this transaction or I will forget NEM entirely.

Public key is not required to make transaction. Just use your wallet address on Litebit page. If there is message about incorrect address try remove dash signs from address.

Please kindly take into consideration, that XEM has an extra ID, that is attached to your XEM wallet address, so when you exchanged your BTC to XEM you should have enclosed the correct extra ID to your XEM address. In this case only we have a possibility to send your money to this very address. If an extra ID is not valid, there could be an error in the processing of the transaction. Besides, you can always find an extra ID of XEM in your XEM wallet.

If your wallet it should be possible to see this transaction in it.

everything was solved, the problem was on their side, they just did not send me coins. Now when exchanging, I hide the message (delete) because the coins go to my nanowallet ios

actually its little mistake but all i did is forgot to put message number and its stuck in exchange only i haved TXID and everything and my eobot wallet address.
