@samia could you please paste your transaction hash from Bittrex? It should be visible in withdraw history. Looks like this fb673dd36df6e480af774688dbbe9e5a9a95805e47c0bcc2412d5bce2239ebc3 and should be 64 chars length.

Iā€™ve tried several time to send NEM from my freewallet app and says it failed. I emailed freewallet also several times and havenā€™t gotten a response yet.
