You didn’t include unique message code required by Bittrex to process transaction automatically.
This code should be included according bittrex deposit page.
Because transaction could not be processed automatically by Bittrex you must contact with bittrex support.

Freewallet why are you ignoring your users? We deserve to know what is going on with our NEM wallets and XEM transactions! Its been 72 hours since I’ve made a similar transaction as the original post here, and no answer to my support calls. This outrages

Hi Samia - I think we should be patient, they sent me a mail and indicated it will take them time to check XEM issues… I recommend you do send them reminders on the email.
