First you need to have NCC http://bob.nem.ninja/last-ncc/ After you run this (runNcc.bat on Windows) you go to http://127.0.0.1:8989/ncc/web/index.html in browser Click create new wallet and create empty wallet. Now search on disk where adb and wlt file are placed and copy your files from backup. After i opened runncc, the cmd was just a blink and i still couldn’t load the http://127.0.0.1:8989/ncc/web/index.html

Check if you have installed java.
If you are using Windows open cmd (or terminal in linux) move to NCC catalog and run nccrun.bat (windows) / nccrun.sh (linux). Console should not blink and you should see entire error.
