I just get some XEM in my mobile wallet. I am wondering how to synchronise my mobile wallet with the desktop nano wallet?
Do i need to create another new wallet in the nano wallet ?

If you want have same address on mobile and desktop. First export private key from mobile wallet :
More - > export account - > ok - > show private key
Copy private key
And next import into nanowallet :
Sign up - > private key wallet - > fill private key, wallet name and password. Login into wallet
