Mistakenly when setting multi-sig ,,,

I accidentally registered POLONIEX’s XEM address as co-signer 1 when converting NanoWallet’s account to multi sig.

And I contacted POLONIEX and asked them to remove their address from a consonant, but I have no answer at all.

I have a question,

Is there a method other than deleting POLONIEX from the consignee’s list?

If not deleted, can not I withdraw my wallet XEM?

It is a bad thing to make a mistake, but I feel very sorry that I can not remove my wallet XEM.

Please let me know if there is any possibility of taking out!

Poloniexのサポートの連絡は、どの程度の日付が経過していますでしょうか。
Poloniexの対応は結構時間がかかる事が多く、1ヶ月以上かかる事もあります。

また、こういった場合の対処として、対応しないという立場の取引所も実際には存在します。
現段階で、返事が何も返って来ていない事を考えますと、まだ対応に入っていない可能性が
高いと思われます。

最低でも1週間以上は、待ってみてはいかかでしょうか。
もし、それ以上返答が無い場合は、再度質問をしてみて下さい。

初めてチケットを発行して問い合わせたのが今年の二月で、それからチケットが取り消しになり再度発行して何度か問い合わせしてみましたが返答がないままです。

Because it is a special case, Poloniex also requires manual operation of the secret key.

Account was converted to multisig on 2018-01-29.
In my opinion there are low chances that Poloniex will agree do something. As you told it requires manuall operation (for example import to nanowallet) using private key. It’s not safe and it can break they security and cause lost a lot of coins. I don’t think that they have procedure for that.

通常ですと、本来Poloniexが管理を行っている秘密鍵を別のPC等のコピーし作業を行わなければならないよいう状況が考えられます。
この場合、Poloniexはセキュリティーの低下を起こす可能性が高く、一般的に考えた場合、作業はしてもらえないと思われます。

今回の問題は、他のユーザの資産にも影響を及ぼす為、お願いして許可が得られれば、やってもらえるという立場になっています。

これは、ユーザからの交渉でしか取り戻す方法はありません。

The only option at present time would be to stop using this address, make a new account not using us as a cosigner, generate an unsigned transaction to transfer the funds from the old account to the new one, and then we’ll sign and broadcast that request. @ASAT668 basicly they told that it’s not possible to remove Poloniex as cosigner because of security reasons. They asked you to create new account. They told you to init transfer to new account and they will sign it.

But… This is special case because 1of1 multisig and only cosigner can init transaction. So because Poloniex is only cosigner only them can init it. After init it will be immediately confirmed because it’s 1 of 1.
So I guess you need only generate new address and asked them that it’s 1 of 1 and you asking to transfer all to new account.

そして、新規アドレスに旧アドレスから全てのXEMを送金してもらうように、
Poloniexのサポートに連絡をすれば良いと思います。
