Hello. I hope somebody can help me. I bought XEM coins and i sended to this adress: NBIOYU-OZA3JH-C6OPZC-I7FRCH-LUMRZV-JZNUQO-3 but that is wrong. It went wrong with copy and paste. The correct adress is: NBIOYU-OZA3JH-C6OPZC-I7FRCH-LUMRZV-JZNUQO-3FRW U see the last 3 letters was missing. Can anybody help me, or tell me what i can do? Thanks in advance.

Tokens can’t be send to not valid address. So exchange allow you to do so tokens don’t leave thry wallet. You must contact with exchange support.
Thanks for your reply. How can I get my public key? if I dont have any balance to send to somebody anything. and in my Nano Wallet say that I have to make a transaction to get a public key. Please can you help me.? thanks .
Why you want public key? Is not necessary to receive transaction .
When i gonna buy in Litebit i need to put the public key… its necesarily.
It shouldn’t be necessary. They are using same account as Bittrex.
Look at the picture i putted in this reply. Here they call it a message key and there you have to put the public key else the coins don’t arrive.

Not true. It’s message not public key. It’s needed if you are sending to other exchange.
And if you are sending to nanowallet message is not required and you can leave it empty.
I trully don’t understand why you think you should put there your public key
