If I understood properly:
You lost access to your first wallet address which you used to collect some XEM from faucet, and then you made a new one and tried to use it, but you didn’t delete the cookie from the first one?
If you used your first address and collected some XEM through faucet, I don’t think there is a way you can move the collected amount of XEM to some another address, and continue to turn the faucet with the new one.
I think the only way is to delete cookie and start collecting on new address. Maybe some mod can tell more but I think your collection of XEM on first address is lost if you lost private key to that address.
Anyhow you can check in Content settings in your browser for stored cookies, and if there are really two of them, delete one. There are plugins which can manage (backup/restore) cookies. But you won’t do much with this procedure if you really lost private key to your first address. You could only continue to collect till you have enough to withdraw on your first address (for which you lost private key), and those coins are lost forever then.
Maybe, just maybe, there can be some manipulation with your cookie that could achieve merging or changing the target address within it, but that should confirm someone of the faucet staff cause they are running the code. And still I doubt they will ever mess around with users cookies. They wrote the warning clearly.
Some new bugs like withdraw errors are here but they don’t affect your situation. Again, if I understood properly what you are saying.
