I have not used a proxy neither have I used a bot. I made sure the cookie on my laptop was deleted manually and the one on my iPhone is the only one around. The iPhone tells me: “Duplicate cookie found”
Could you please check that and make the withdrawl available?

I had same problem as other when trying to withdraw from the faucet. I first just want to say thank you for the faucet in the first place and I hope nem has a great future ahead.

I also can’t withdraw about 20 XEM. I think it’s because of the mosaic balance. I played 251 times in the last 5 or 6 weeks and collected quite a few mosaics, that would not be covered by the faucet’s mosaic balance anymore. Looks like a programming bug to me: If one item on the list is not covered, then the whole withdrawal is rejected.

Had to replace my main hard drive with all main files in this week. Had a copy of previous main files that was a bout 2 weeks old.
My ip is dynamic depending on my ISP ip allocation.
When I withdraw my balance from the faucet where do the mosaics go and do i need any other wallets ?
