“First, we manage all user data on Cookie and NEM blockchain, so we cannot repair all user data and balance if you lost Cookie data.”

That’s why In my opinion unfortunately you lose tokens when you remove cookie.

I didn’t claim XEM since you told me to wait a day or two (and I’m pretty sure it has been already a month)

i was using faucet and when i gathered the amount and withdraw button apeared it said that i wasn’t a real person and to remove the cookies and all the balance i gathered got lost and no nem whent into my dress why ?

Since I did’t get help in my problem. I uninstalled chrome and reinstalled it. Now that I try to register my nem address in order to use the facet I got this message:

Can you help me with this? I have been having troubles with the faucet since my first ticket. After waiting for a reply and opened a second ticket. Your advise was to wait for a day or so. Since that didn’t help I opened a third ticket now with a deferent message. Since I didn’t get any reply. I remove the cookies, uninstalled chrome, reinstalled chrome and add my address again in order to recreate my account. Now the message is that I have multiple deetection of cookiedata? How can be that possible if as I said I just removed the whole cookies with your remove cookies button, reinstalled chrome and recreate my account? Please let me know how can I fix this.
