I tried first on my laptop and some time later on my smartphone, now it says “The CookieData was multiple detection. (Dupricate cookie found)” how can I fix this?

I check error.log and find many curious error
couldn’t grab the accept mutex
returned a Fatal error… Apache is exiting!
I add Mutex flock .
It may solve the problem.
it’s up now, i visit from android device where it had most problem connecting, works now
