Can you try to use the ā€œSupernode Managementā€ feature of the explorer? You can add your supernodes and the rewards get displayed:

Hi, i accidentally sent the enrollment message from an account that is not from the harvesting account. I believe this is the reason for my supernode failing the balance test. Is there a way to fix this?

What is the alias of the node? what delegated public key is the correct one?

The alias is ā€œPit Manā€. My wallet show the delegated public key as ā€œ6c2d228aebbead06e757565688072385f26748c4e6184ed36cfe574549c9fe73ā€ but http://51.141.28.95:7890/node/extended-info show it as ā€œf6d767d9826f77f69d8a7c807266097910c7b3e59859c983bd659f27058052cbā€.

What is the address of your main account? Did you alreay activate the delegated account?

The entry is very fresh. Give it another 12 hours, then we can see if it works. I see no reason for it to fail.

My main account is NBMMXPQDKWZH6MATAC5CPXSILR6XLHINBDJ5WZJO. I have previously activated delagated harvesting. Do I need to deactivate and activate again? I have also turned the main account into a multisig, does this effect anything?

Delegated harvesting is indeed active but the delegated public key is

Thanks for the advice! After i resent message i can see my node in the list:

But there are no test results. Servant was running the whole time, and itā€™s already more than 7 hours thing the node was registeredā€¦ is it a normal state? do i need to wait longer (how long?)? or maybe there is some kinda issue in the middle?

finally, iā€™ve got the tests results for my node but they are weirdā€¦:

Bandwidth test is failed

but i have 25mbs network

Ping test is failed

but i tried to ping sberbank-node-3 back and my ping there was less than 30ms

and the weirdest part!

Computing power test is failed!

but this node is running on the XEON E5-2670 with 32Gb RAM and SSD disk. How is it possible that computation test failed?
