I rebooted server and double checked if both Java processes are up. I have no idea why server doesnt pass chain part test. Please help. Thank you.
Yes. I moved the funds to the new one and I want to use the new one.
Could you change the database?
I have checked and changed to 1408M, which I thought I had done already. http://46.252.27.237:7890/node/info
Next test should be fine?
We’ll see.
test failed with now multiple failures. I dont know where the problem lies. The 2 java processes are running. Can you help?
Probably NIS was not running at that time (the results are from ~10:30 UTC). Let#s wait for the next round.
Thank you!
failed again
Passed all tests.
Thanks!
How do I know if and when you will request next ram upgrade?

Good point cheers for sharing.
Need support in finding the root cause for failing super node: supernode.nem-cloud.info, BloodyRookie.
I increased the memory settings but still the tests for “Bandwidth” and “Computing power” are failing since a couple of days now. There are no results available for those two tests.
Do you see why the test are failing?
Means that the servant was not running for some reason. What are your current setting, i mean total RAM for VPS, RAM for NIS and servant?
Could someone in this thread recommend good providers to host a supernode on? Currently using AWS, and having issues with computing power failures even when using more than the required RAM.
I recomment vultr since they got KVM virtualization and fast support.
