NEM Supernode Rewards Program

I will have to do that manually. But the new account has no sufficient balance. When do you transfer the balance?

sorry for bothering you. I have transfered the balance.

thank you!

Hi @BloodyRookie,

I got this problem with my supernode
" 2018-03-29 18:15:31.513 SEVERE something really bad happened: java.util.concurrent.CompletionException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: network boot failed (org.nem.nis.NisMain b) "

Can i know what does it means? My supernode had failed for few days. Please help me and guide if anything to add.

Thanks

Usually means that there are no other nodes in the network that the supernode can reach.
Does the node have network problems?

Iā€™m not sure because Iā€™m using a virtual server to create the supernode. So mean that the problem came from the server provider? yes? @BloodyRookie

It is hard to tell what is wrong. Can you tell me your supernodeā€™s name?

Supernode name = cyberblox_sn_service9

Your node seems to be up now. It will need some time to reflect that though. The node passed the responsiveness test for round 3313. Letā€™s wait for another 18 hours.

Okay good to hear that. Thanks @BloodyRookie

ok, I have changed to 2500M. Has been quite stable since, but still I had a version failure last night at round 3313 with nemster_2 node.

@nemstar: that can be due to many reason, i donā€™t think i can find the reason if it is a single event.

ok, I understand. Thank you.

Is there any other more convenient way besides checking the port status and the test results, to quickly know if there is a problem? Is there some notification option?

No. For my supernodes i usually just check every now and then. I lose some payouts that way if anything is wrong but that doesnā€™t worry meā€¦

Is there a simple way to move the supernode to the new Model T Trezor without having to change any addresses, etc ā€¦?

All test fail (and balance) :frowning:

Salute to supernode guys out there

I donā€™t know the Model T Trezor, but there probably is no way moving without new address.

All tests passing now.
