However, I’ve just terminated the instance on my AWS due to some Java errors when starting.
The node was showing active on supernodes.nem.io however. I’m going to try and rebuild it again.
I can’t see my SN at “http://supernodes.nem.io/”.
I sent message from NCC.
Is my messege wrong?
SN is “Beny3”.

I enrolled a node yesterday named nemssb by sending enrollment message to the NAFUND account. However, I had to trash the machine, the node is still showing as active on supernodes.nem.io.
I have set up another machine which I have got working OK, (only issue being the servant not starting) - nemssb2, however it has a different IP address.
Do I need to send a new enrollment message again to NAFUND…, or request a change of IP?

If you still use the same delegated public key you can send a change ip message
do that, suky321, first post of this thread explains how such a change message has to look like.

As I change hostname from nemssb to nemssb2, does this make any difference?
change where? just in the nis cinfig.properties? should not make any difference.
you could even send another change message for changing the node rewards alias for the node if you want.
I changed it in the nis-ncc/config-user.properties - nisBootname, and also in nic-ncc/supernode-servant/package config-user.properties
This is a new clean build on ubuntu, my previous machine was on Debian which I terminated.

Thanks! Does it matter in terms off passing tests on supernodes.nem.io that is shows alias as nemssb, but on the config-user.properties I have it listed as nemssb2? Seems to be failing a lot of tests at the moment.
It doesn’t matter. You have to wait for 24 hours in order for the tests to stabilize.
27 of september supernodes does not paid yet???

Are there any other Supernodes in Africa or is http://supernodes.nem.io/details/392 really the only one? Hope it can complete the bandwidth test

Am assisting to set this one up correctly. (It’s not the first one I am installing)… Can you see from the logs what is wrong there?
Can I actually do “Bandwidth” or “Computing power” tests inside the machine myself to pre-check whether it should be sufficient?
…Or is it just the usual thing (“Wait a little more”)

Aside from that, the noderewards db shows that you registered the public key
