I transfer my nem coins from spectro and spectro is showing “processed” but my nem wallet is still showing 0 balance. Please somebody help me

NC7X5V-5XOIYQ-5R57WL-VDV6LU-ZLSNKI-YESGEW-5MNJ? is the one i have access to. i send it to that first address and waited a few hours no show then i thought the app was frozen so i delete the app and reinstall this is the new address they gave me

when i reinstall the app my username and password is in sink i didn’t create a new user.

this is bullshit nem service sucks gotta go through so much obstacle just to get nem coin. look at all the problem custom are getting just transferring the coin.

When you delete app and wallet you also remove private key in it. Only with private key you can aquire access to wallet.
Did you made backup after creating wallet and before deleting for account NDYNFKY3AC74Y6Z3ZK3BPN2NEWKD6QAUDF7OIO47?

Or maybe do you have configured wallet NDYNFKY3AC74Y6Z3ZK3BPN2NEWKD6QAUDF7OIO47 on other device?

yes i made account on my laptop for NDYNFKY3AC74Y6Z3ZK3BPN2NEWKD6QAUDF7OIO47 and its still now showing in there

If you have this wallet configured on desktop it should show your balance.
Just to be sure it’s this wallet check view available in Send (from top menu) - > Receive (second tab)
If you can please include print screen from this view from desktop wallet.
Please also tell me which OS are you using for mobile wallet. Android or IOS?
