Wow amazing!!! As soon as the news on Symbol launch was posted (below), XEM immediately dumped from $0.56 to $0.32 on Bittrex’s new trading pair XEMUSD!!!
Oh right , interesting. Orrrr the new pair that started with a price >25% more than the market price of 39-40c on Binance and most other exchanges at the time fell, weird how arbitrage works sometimes eh - and now it is at parity with all the other exchanges, no one could predict that might happen
It happened about the same time I saw a bird fly past the window - that is probably what caused it, or maybe that is mistaking correlation for causality

huge chances for that, or little pump before that event too, to make dump from higher level, depends on importance of exchange (volume and liquidity)
i think some idiots can dump theirs XYMs for few cents (100 satoshi) i am waiting for that…

Hello! It is nice to chat with u guys. I am not going to look at this forum anymore. Too many guesses and ifs. I have no time for that. I just HODL it and come back few years later. Both XEM and XYM are the future. I do not believe that XEM will disappear.

i think the binance listing is related with so called whale, if he will want to list XYM (distribution will follow that of course), that will be done. I know that is annoying so much waiting, but so is cryptojungle, small player has no power to do something with the big one.
It seems to me that nem will grow when xym is launched on Binance. The second option - the price will fall on both coins until the holders are completely hopeless and then there will be a huge increase
