No response from poloniex support

I made a mistake of depositing NEM to poloniex from nano wallet without the unique message 20 days ago.
I made support ticket with Polo Immediately, but there is no reply after twenty days after contacting the support.
What should I do? :sob:

Keep at it is really all you can do. It’s also worth trying to to into the trollbox on polo and ask a mod to bump your ticket. After 20 days they should be happy to do that for you.

Same problem. I lost my 187 XEM :cry::cry::cry: how can I get back. Poloniex nothing reply me still 70days

Try create second ticket. Did you attach there transaction hash ?

So maybe second ticket will help. Some guy tell me that he wait couple months and after that he create second ticket and they answer in two weeks.
