Exchange Support. Lost XEM at an exchange? Post here! [MOVED]

Hello, I need help from everyone of Tech Support.
Last night I sent 302 XEM to Yobit from Zaif Exchange.
I received a hash from Zaif, but it is not reflected in My Yobit’s wallet.

Looking at this, the transaction is 8, it seems there are seven transfer transactions, is this due to it?
I contacted support of Zaif and Yobit.
One day passed, but neither reply nor reflected in Yobit’s wallet.
any help would be gratefull.

Most exchanges doesn’t support multisig transactions and this is what Zaif uses. Transaction was send and only way is contact with Yobit support. I guess this may be hard part…

Did you check if both transactions are ok in explorer.ournem.com ?
Verify if your message code and recipient address is correct.
If yes you must contact with hitbtc nad provide them transaction hash.

Hey guys after about 2 weeks or so i had a stuck Xem withdrawal on HitBTC returned. I only had to file 1 ticket and the issue has been fixed and balance restored on exchange. If the hash an exchange gives you doesnt show up on the block explorer they will eventually send it back to you, it will just take some time.

The real question here is why is it so difficult to get Xem out of ANY of these exchanges? I have had issues on Cryptopia, HitBTC and YoBit. Luckily i always test with a smaller amount but none have been successful. I have more Xem on exchanges than in my wallet because i already know whats going to happen if i try to withdraw them.

The only place i have successfully been able to withdraw to my Nano wallet is Changelly, but of course they no longer support Xem. This seems to be a bigger problem than just 1 exchange…

Two days ago I sent Ecobit from my Ecobit wallet to Cryptopia but its not arrived? Can you confirm that it is in the blockchain from the transaction below? If it is why is it not reaching my account on cryptopia? Thanks in advance!

Probably some issue on cryptopia (many last month). They support should help fix this. Don’t forget add transaction hash to support ticket.

Yes Cryptopia fees are outrageous for Nem coin. I heard bad things about Poloniex I would not recommend that exchange at all. Lots of bad reviews about Poloniex. I would not use them.

This is problem on Cryptopia end like many in last months. You must contact with Cryptopia support and provide transaction hash.

What is Poloniex withdraw status? Completed? If yes it should be visible transaction hash.

I downloaded the nano wallet, and tethered it to my iPhone. I sent deposits from two exchanges, and neither have gone through and no history is shown anywhere on NEM transaction history, searching for my wallet. It shows my wallet as a valid address but zero activity. I contacted both exchanges and so far it’s been a week. I’ve withdrawn other currencies from both exchanges with no issues. Is there anything I can do?
