The address you are sending to is the account of a nefarious hacker.
There is no way to get it back.
The cause is that you have generated a private key with very low security.
The only thing you can do is to report it to the police.

Интересно как так получается, что кошелек я создал 2018 году и сделал первую транзакцию https://prnt.sc/wafzva но мой аккаунт оказался мултиакаунтом, а потом кто то еще в интернете говорит что у него такой же кошелек как у меня Ошибка при любых транзакциях на вывод средств (Error with any withdrawal transactions) , помогите разобраться.

Hello @mizunashi and all nembers, I have just had a call from my friend.
He has the account NASSE4QMI227IYJ7LDD2OI2BZCSVJTQO27PMF3SG and want to make opt in for Symbol. But it seems that his account was hacked by the hacker which made his account as multisig. The hacker account which he added as multisg is NCKG7ATXHE4XQTARWCJ72FB3NMNCPMJLP5FSLT2J. It is pretty weird because funds are still on the friend account.
Is there some way how to fix that? Do not you have access to that hacker account so you can delete the multisig or send the funds to other address?

When you make a withdrawal from Bittrex, you are disclosing your wallet’s private key.
For this reason, your wallet has been hacked.
There is no way to get your funds back.

Well that is really big mistake my friend made… He wrote his private key to message which is public…Well at least we know how the hacker get his private key.
So I will tell him that his funds are lost, unfotunately.
