この状態になると、マルチシグ化されたアカウントの秘密鍵は、秘密鍵としての効力を失います。
もちろん、入金可能なアドレスではあるので、5/20の様に3000XEMを入金する事は可能です。しかし、入金先はコントロール権が犯人のものとなっておりますので、事実上犯人が受け取った事になります。
