Recieve xem to other nem wallet

Hi All!
I moved my 2000 xem from my wallet

to wallet
ND2JRPQIWXHKAA26INVGA7SREEUMX5QAI6VU7HNR
with message:
4c58726a918e422c805
I did it two times.
The owner of wallet told me he didn’`t recieve anything. How can I check it?

Transactions are made and confirmed in blockchain.
Please be sure if message code is correct. If it’s correct it should be credited in Bittrex (ND2JRPQIWXHKAA26INVGA7SREEUMX5QAI6VU7HNR) recipient account. If still not credited you should contact with Bittrex support.
