I sent XEMs with a message given by the exchange site. However, the recipient shown at blockchain is the same as the one that appears at the top screen on my mobile NEM wallet (but it’s not my wallet address).
Where did my XEMs go?
What is this address at the top screen? When I first deposited XEM in my mobile wallet this address appears as the sender.

However, not found at Explorer…

In your case it’s possible. You have sent to Binance withdraw address instead deposit address. Please contact with Binance support with all data you provided above and they should fixed that for small operation fee.

You did mistake because you included encryped message. Message to exchange should be unencrypted.
What you can do now is contact with Binance support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your account.
