are the xem, the multisig mines redistributed to the members(minus fees) or do you want to create an "emergency" fund, that compensates if we somehow get a scammer in?
IMHO we will send harvested and donated from MSB to MSA and there it will use to covers tx fees and other stuff.
A emergeny fund would be a target for scammer and our System should be resilent enough that a scammer don't get away with money. Except participants don't comply to safety rules and then they loose xem. But it is there own responsibility.
The only thing what can happen is that the trusted group will be a scamming group or sock puppets, but if you believe this, you shouldn't join anyway.
So everybody has to judge for his self if we are trusted or not.
For me it is easy cause I'm knowing that I won't scamm me :-) And I have a good indicators that at least sedimer and tompa are different users. And I trust mindwalker because he came up with the protecting System at the first place.
