I don't think it matters for me whereabouts I am as long as I'm clear about where I'm sending to and when.

It has do be a second account and it has to pay a 1000 xem to MSB too. But it would be good to know, to which User the account belongs to.

It's all about how much XEM do you want to put in the Spread. A-C,X-Z will be up to 100k in minus balance and A#-C# will be up to 50k in minus balance.
A-C will get more TX IN so there is the possibility that POI Value should grow higher as for X-Z.

Did you use the vanity generator to get the 'BOON' on the end of that address? and is the old MSA account address (NB6OBU-Z2TZV5-HM3NGF-QX3I3M-QUDMMZ-NFTITU-ANKV) no longer in use?
