Symbol iOS mobile app stopped working

I downloaded the Symbol mobile app for iOS about six weeks ago and connected it to my NEM wallet account, which was Opted-In. I received confirmation that it was synced. About 10 days ago, the app started acting odd, showing me the NEM icon with an arrow point right to the XYM icon. The message at the bottom says, “Opt-In has finished. You should update your application to get the latest news.” The problem is that there is no update available in the Apple Store and I can’t figure out a way to get the app to update. Any ideas, please?

There’s a small update here on mobile wallets. Essentially they are posted to the store but require approval from Apple and Google. As soon as they are available we will push an update out about it.

Same with mine, is there a solution yet?

Okay, found a solution that works for me. Found the Symbol desktop app for OSX, downloaded it, imported the mnemonic, synced it with the associated NEM account, and voila, the XYM showed up in the app!
