I asked before about the snapshot, where I put in XEM on the 12th. In the wallet it said that opt-in was finished. I read that you could claim Symbol even after the launch, so I waited a week, but still there is no symbol token showing up.
What should I do now?
If you held at snapshot block you will be able to claim in post launch optin but it will start in a few weeks.
