so far I see 60 comments and no actual help towards those who need help. let me tell you something, those of us that are NEW to cryptocurrency need some guydence and this comment site is NO HELP!!! especially since i see 60 comments since MAY 17th. and NOT ONE comment stating that they solved the problem. what does SOON mean???

You sent XEM to an address. I am trying to help you figure out what address you sent XEM to.

It sounds like Changelly was the last address to send you XEM, and you probably sent the XEM back to them.

I agree the App functionality needs to be improved. My understanding is that the UX improved version will be available ā€œsoonā€.

do you think that people that have lost their hard earned money want to hear this. we all want the issue fixed!!!
TRUST ME THIS IS THE LAST TIME I AM USING NEM FOR ANY THING!!! not because i donā€™t trust them, but because they donā€™t do anything to change the UI interface and that tells me they donā€™t care about delivering on their promises!!!

I have replied to many many people in this topic. You are complaining about an issue that supposedly is ongoing, but you have never made a post in here besides this one.

Does it matter whether or not im new to this circle. The PROBLEM still
persist. I lost some NEM $200 aproximatly. And the issue is not taken care

You have send those 146 xems back to bittrex, but there is no message in the transaction so bittrex cannot credit your account. You have to contact the bitrex support and show them the transaction:

That means you have to contact Changelly and tell them that you forgot to append the message.
If you would post the addresss of your account i could look up the transaction in the explorer. Always good if you can present them the transaction you are referring to with a link to the explorer.

I have the same exact issue. I deposited 1150+ XEM to bittrex and encrypted the message by accident. That is it. At this point (20 days later), I am wondering if I am going to be able to recover damn near $1000. I am pissed off to say the least. I dont give a damn who has to fix this. I refuse to lose my hard earned money! If I can see the transaction on the NEM Blockchain and NEM ā€œconfirmedā€ it, where the hell is it now! Bittrex is usesless when it comes to customer service. How can I get my own money back
