so far I see 60 comments and no actual help towards those who need help. let me tell you something, those of us that are NEW to cryptocurrency need some guydence and this comment site is NO HELP!!! especially since i see 60 comments since MAY 17th. and NOT ONE comment stating that they solved the problem. what does SOON mean???

You sent XEM to an address. I am trying to help you figure out what address you sent XEM to.
It sounds like Changelly was the last address to send you XEM, and you probably sent the XEM back to them.
I agree the App functionality needs to be improved. My understanding is that the UX improved version will be available āsoonā.
do you think that people that have lost their hard earned money want to hear this. we all want the issue fixed!!!
TRUST ME THIS IS THE LAST TIME I AM USING NEM FOR ANY THING!!! not because i donāt trust them, but because they donāt do anything to change the UI interface and that tells me they donāt care about delivering on their promises!!!
