Where is my NEM balance?

Hi,

What has happened to my NEM balance? I have gone back to my NEM page and not changed my cookies and the balance is not there and it says not taking any new users?

Do you have Nano wallet?

If you are using nanowallet try change node. Click circle in top right corner and select another one node from list.

I should have been more specific…this was the balance from the NEM faucet.

I do but I had not withdrawn it from the NEM faucet.
