What you have registerd to?
When you create nem account/address on nem blokcchain, you have no option to register your email address.
Are you talking about NEM forum(this web site)?
Are you talking about registering on this forum? It is possible your account was blacklisted.
It is the common issue which maximum people faced and this issue occurs due to the server down probably otherwise you can also contact [gmail support] to catch the exact issue with its solution.
