Withdraw problem from Faucet [MOVED]

HI Nem/XEm team i m having problem to withdraw the xem i draw from the faucet. When i click withdraw, at the withdraw page the button is disabled. And i m gonna switch to a new pc later, how can i continue with my current faucet account on a new pc ? or should i withdraw it first ?
