XEM transfer to Bittrex Wallet not recieved [MOVED]

About 10 Hours ago i transferd XEM from my NEM wallet (APP on iPhone) to my bittrex wallet. I didn’t recieve any. Can somebody tell me how long this ussualy takes? Is it possible to check the status of my transfer? If so wich transaction info is needed?

I’m having the same problem, send from my nano wallet to bittrex 3 days ago and nothing, I did include the message.
Bittrex still didint reply to me anything and I’m starting to worry

This is not a personal problem
Bittrex keep the XEM in there wallet and don’t give it to us
we made a lot of support tickets
but no answer

You have sent two transactions to bittrex. One with 0 xem (only fee) and second on 1250 xem.
Both transactions are without required by Bittrex message code. Without this bittrex doesn’t process transaction automatically. Information about this is on bittrex deposit page.
What you must do is contact with bittrex and send them transaction id.

They should return your tokens
