Can the Yobit Exchange allocate my funds?
I send on that market and now i maked withdraw but its in procesing about 3 days
@DAGAZZZ they should return your funds or credit on your yobit account
@Dmytro_Ivanovych_Bar did you see transaction hash in this withdraw? If not you must contact with yobit support because probably tokens are not sent.
No Hash in this transaction and this is not a Yobit this is Qryptos and i maked 5 new tickets to them support but they dont answering

Unfortunately only Yobit can return your tokens. NEM could do nothing because yobit is owner for private keys where you have sent tokens.
You can try reach and ask support via facebook, and standard support form.
Unfortunately can’t you help more in this situation.
I contacted https://www.facebook.com/official.yobit/ support. The person told me he was going to sort it out and that i needed to send over 1000 XEM to an address that he gave me. Then he would attach the other transactions to this and deliver it all to my yobit account wallet. After I sent the 1020 coins, I was told that I needed to send more. Then I was reaffirmed that this is a scam. Now I’m out 5000 XEM. I only went to the Facebook support because that is what you recommended. Bad just got a lot worse !

Why they don’t block this facebook page if it’s scam!!! If facebook page is scam why support don’t return your 4000 XEM?!
They Twitter page also looks like fake - almost naked girl on cover https://mobile.twitter.com/yobitexchange but this must be official Twitter account because post are published on main page yobit.net. I’m sorry I refer to Facebook profile but you should not sent tokens :(( it’s strange to me way yobit doesn’t block this scammers and strange that they answer quick for your ticket when you asking about facebook page but they don’t answer for ticket where you asking for refund All this stinks for me.

I think the yobit.net website holds your coins hostage. Then you struggle to get support. Then since they do not provide support, you then look elsewhere. Then they have these support sites setup on Facebook, etc… when you contact them they are happy to help bilk you out of more coins. So it’s a scam connected to a scam.
Bottom line is, I want my coins back.

Hi. I have similar situation. I sent to Yobit my XEM. I wait 6 days. Two days ago I sent back to bittrex, but Yobit again do Maintenance. I don’t have txid 0/6 confirmation. I hope I don’t lose my money.
@Tomasz_Brzezinski if transaction id is not visible in yobit probably they don’t do transaction correctly. You must contact with yobit support and ask for explanation. If they return your tokens I suggest send it away from these exchange.
I find txid, but no exist in blok chain, reason of that, Maintenance on wallet. When they unlock? You recive your money back?
@Tomasz_Brzezinski I don’t know when they unlock. Some people receive back they tokens but many still not.
