Cryptopia is not stealing our XEM [SOLVED]

Hi, I bought some new XEM from Livecoin and it arrived quickly in my NANO.
However, It didn’t update the previous missing Balance from Cryptopia.
Since their wallet is under maintenance. Will it be accessible after it’s fixed?

@fisher471 in your case it’s missing deposit or withdraw from Cryptopia?

The Withdrawal has been confirmed. I got the Transaction ID and all. Still not arrived

@fisher471 so in your case only way is contact with Cryptopia support. They must verify this manually.

I have the Ticker takes a month to attend to. Currently their wallet XEM is under maintenance

So they fixed their XEM wallet. I transferred new XEM again and it arrived but still missing that big amount.
Even i got the transaction ID. It can’t be found in the explorer.

Attention!!! The decision on XEM! If your money is already visible in transactions but not yet on the balance sheet. You need to buy any number of XEM on this exchange and the balance will immediately reflect and those that have been frozen!

Different exchanges will be using different OS, different hardware and different interface.

Still what you said is only speculation :wink:

Just to be clear. I have to purchase the XEM from Cryptopia again in order to update it?
Or could be any other source?
Since I’ve already tried with Livecoin exchange.

@fisher471 this workaround fix only missing deposit to Cryptopia when it’s visible in your account but not added to balance.
In your case it don’t help because you have missing withdraw from Cryptopia.
Please contact with support and wait. Only way.

The sum deposited at balances with no any buyings. But the wallet is still under maintenance.

I got my balance reflected in the wallet. Seems Cryptopia has resolved their issues. Thanks for all who raised your voice to resolve this issue.

I’m fairly certain the fix had absolutely nothing to do with this forum or the complaints. I think the conduct here did more harm than good.

It helped disseminate a workaround more rapidly, which means people were able to get their deposits out.
I, for instance, was able to sell and withdraw thanks to this forum.

Also, the DT does refund filing fees:

"Thank you for your email below.

We shall withdraw your application and arrange a refund of the filing fee you paid of $90.00."

Agree. I have also spoke with Cryptopia dev and we tune a little bit node start script. We spoke also about better monitoring. I hope no such problems will happen in future.
