I received dimcoin to my nano wallet but now do not know how to arrange a mosaic or get them ready to transfer to exchange?

Go to send -> than click mosaic transfer, you should have new panel on the right. On the left pannel choose Dimtoken/Dimcoin from the dropdown list and click attach. Detach any other currencies on the right side (if accidentally you added NEM:XEM), leave just Dimcoin/Dimtoken, specify amount and account address, put in password and send.

They are sending them out in small waves, you should receive them soon, But best case is to contact their facebook with the transaction id and someone should get back to your shortly. they have been getting bombarded with emails so give them some time. Im sure you will receive them soon, As long as you have your Txid then you have nothing to worry about.
I used my NemNano wallet so it came directly into our wallets, the depot wallets might take a little longer due to having to send them manually from txid’s after receiving them through email.

You find the address located in the account section of depotwallet, and send your DIM there as a mosaic transfer.
If you are using a brainwallet on depotwallet, make sure you have an extremely long password.

I have a question about https://depotwallet.com , I just sent some xem from my bitreex account( high fee) and from my Nano wallet(oficial xem wallet) and those transactions are not show in the https://depotwallet.com , however the hash, etc looks good everything. My question is if dim runs https://depotwallet.com because I cant find any support to complaint about this issue , and I am worried to send dims etc.

With depotwallet, try changing the NIS server from the node menu.
