I need help i lost my xem in qryptos

Hi good pm…does anyone here using Qryptos?last year nov 2017 i got my account verified and tried to send my BTC to qryptos it was smoothly done and i saw the incoming and oending transactions…on nov 8 i sent my XEM’s as well so i can do trading

…but after i sent the xems i never saw any incoming transaction in the qryptos summary history…i even double check if the deposit and message was correct and all of them were correct i checked it through blockchain explorer and found the transaction hash.

Your transaction was not processed automatically by exchange because you have included encrypted message. What you need to do is contact with exchange support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your account. Only exchange can help you because tokens are on they wallet now.

Exchange where you have sent tokens. In your example it’s Qryptos support.

Thnak you ive sent them the transaction hash amonth ago and its taking too long…anyway thank you so much sir…i hope i can get them back soon

Hello people,

I have 2 isseus going on…

First.

I made a stupid mistake as i wanted to sent 104 nem from my NEM wallet (android) to my freewallet.

Instead of inserting the message at “message” is put in my userID.

The other thing is…

I bought 30 NEM at litebit.eu and send it to my freewallet account (this time i did included the message correct) … but it never arived.

And this is what i found from the litebit transaction.

… sooo… is it all gone.

Or is there a way to get it back ??

Hello, i also have problem with transfer to cryptopia. Can you do something or do we have to wait for them to fix it?

I can se the transfer om the blockchain but have not recived anything in my cryptopia wallet.

Yes,i know. I meant this, this method i prefer.
But I want to ask you, why the best way, for you, is to exchange with the first exchanges you indicated, and not with changelly or shapeshift considerating that are used directly in the nano wallet?

Your transaction looks ok. I would on your place contact with Cryptopia support, provide transaction and ask for explanation.

Thanks for the reply, yeah i have done that but they are not answering. Alot of ppl are mad at them but someone stated that they are working on it so i have my hopes up atleast :slight_smile:

For buying and selling xem I always use bittrex and no problems so far. Deposits and withdraws are quick. Of course you must remember to attach unencrypted message code and don’t deposit from multisig account because contact with they support may be hard now.

Hello guys…
I did the transaction from spectrocoin to bittrex and it failed. XEM have never received in my bittrex wallet. I am quite sure about msg and wallet address on bittrex. Spectrocoin support says that their job has fully done and they cant help so I have to contact Bittrex support (which is awful, using generic messages and not answering).
