@bluesolo people waiting 2 weeks for they answer so don’t expect they answer in one day.
How do you know people waited 2 weeks and (got) an answer?
Pawelm, You are way better at support than cryptopia!
You are amazing!
I withdrew XEM from Cryptopia 23 December 2017. I was given a transaction ID and the transaction was marked as complete.
The coins have not come through to my wallet and the transaction ID doesnt even exits on the blockchain.
I opened a ticket with Cryptopia but they have still not responded.
I see many other people complaining about XEM deposit and withdrawals on Cryptopia.
Does anyone know whats going on? Are our coins lost forever? Why are Cryptopia not saying anything?
This is bad for XEM, and i really like this coin.

I have opened ticket after ticket to Yobit support. I am out 5000 coins and it’s currently valued at $7500 and going up. No replies. They are all open tickets. They simply do not reply. Any suggestions of what we can do ?

Doesn’t exists. From where did you sent?
Hi all… did anyone notice that for a few days after the wallet maintenance they were able to withdraw XEM successfully from Cryptopia? I had a few successful withdrawals but now, as of yesterday, they are back to showing “completed” status with no record in the Blockchain. This is incredibly nerve-wracking, to say the least.
I sent the HitBTC from the exchange, the address of the wallet was
indicated with a hyphen every 4 symbols, but the exchange did not
perceive such an address, after that I deleted them all, then
everything went off, but so far nothing has come …

I don’t have best opinion about HitBTC exchange. Do you have transaction hash? Should be visible in withdraw history.
I’m one of those people, but still havent received an answer on my ticket yet
Pawelm,
It’s very disappointed that you (NANO) can’t help me.
Litebit sent you the coins (for which i payed) on a correct way.
I can see all the information about that transport of the coins:
the adress from LiteBit, my NANO adress, the hash, the number of boughted coins etc. (see the photo) but
I can’t do anything.
This is not correct.
You have my coins and i can’t get them back. How is it possible that you (NANO) can’t correct it?
I‘ve asked LIteBit if they can help me, but they didn’t answer yet.
When i don’t get them back, where are they staying then?
Who will be the (next) owner?
P.G. Schouten
@peters
I’m not sure if you know how all cryptocurrency works. Only you have access to private key. Nobody from NEM have access to your funds (only priate key owner can do transaction).
If you lose your private key it’s simple impossible to do anything with this funds. They are lost and nobody ever use it. Same it works for bitcoin, same ethereum, xem or other cryptocurrency.
Thank you
thanks for all the help… i wish it would help but no response from cryptopia i think i can say my investment is gone… first week in de crypto ended sooner then i thought…
atleast thanks for your help
@Xtreme010
On your place I would not give up. Cryptopia support sux but they should return your tokens. If they close your ticket open another one.
