У меня тоже такая проблема с Yobit написал в поддержку уже как 48 ч. но ответа никакого нет.Как здесь поступить?
I transferred XEM from Bittrex on 29 December and still haven’t got it on Cryptopia.
The issue with XEM on Cryptopia is not yet resolved.
I did deposit 2-3 days ago for testing and it arrived but this was after maintenance was ended.
Older deposits (when they have big wallet issues) still didn’t arrive.
So do you think the problem is with the XEM’s network? Or problem is at Cryptopia’s end?
Earlier I also thought it was Cryptopia, but when I saw so many complains from different exchanges, then I start doubting XEM network. I hope I am wrong and this thing gets resolved soon.
@xeg I can assure you that is Cryptopia problem. As you can check in explorer.ournem.com your transaction is visible. Just verify if your message code is correct.
Most user problems here is related with user error like send without or with wrong message, encrypt message, send from multisig but exchanges put warning on deposit page how transaction should work.
And if it’s not user error it’s exchange failure. I don’t meet here any case where problem was with NEM network.

I agree with you. It is just when all your coins are transferring smoothly except one then you start doubting that coin. I am still learning about the technological side of the blockchain, so I can’t point the finger at an exchange or the coin itself. Right now I am only assuming as a layman. I really like your support on this forum. Thank you so much.
And yes transaction was all right I have checked that.

The coins never recieved cryptopia.
Tried to search at blockchain explorer but I don’t understand what heppend.

You did include encrypted message code (should be unencrypted). That’s why transaction is not processed by Cryptopia automatically. You must contact with they support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually assign your transaction to Cryptopia account.

Many users (for example Issue with NEM Freewallet) have problem with freewallet deposits even if message is correct so it’s not entire your fault
I made 3 tickets. No responses. I am scared.
